Colorado State Housing Board Approves More Than $23 Million in New Investments to Build 380 Homes For Coloradans, Expands Ownership Opportunities
The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through its Division of Housing (DOH), announced the approval of over $23 million in funding from the State Housing Board (SHB) for more than 400 housing opportunities across Colorado. These 20 investments expand housing access through new rental developments, homeownership opportunities, and down payment assistance programs—advancing the State’s vision of housing for all Coloradans.
