Open Records Request
The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) supports the goals of governmental transparency by making every effort to ensure records requests are fulfilled within the parameters of the law. When responding to a records request, DOLA shall make every effort to respond as required by § 24-72-203(3)(b), C.R.S.
