The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) will open the next round of emergency rental assistance pre-applications on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., closing on Wednesday, April 16, at 5:00 p.m.

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) has expanded its Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance program by offering two ways to apply: the Division of Housing (DOH) Monthly Random Selection and the CARE Center Daily Random Selection. The CARE Center Daily Random Selection will begin on March 17, 2025, while the next DOH Monthly Random Selection pre-application window will be open from April 14-16, 2025.
