The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) will open the next round of emergency rental assistance pre-applications on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., closing on Wednesday, April 16, at 5:00 p.m.

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) has expanded its Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance program by offering two ways to apply: the Division of Housing (DOH) Monthly Random Selection and the CARE Center Daily Random Selection. The CARE Center Daily Random Selection will begin on March 17, 2025, while the next DOH Monthly Random Selection pre-application window will be open from April 14-16, 2025.

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) will open the next round of emergency rental assistance pre-applications on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., closing on Wednesday, February 12, at 5:00 p.m. This month, DOLA will offer two rounds, with a second pre-application window opening on Monday, February 24, at 11:00 a.m. and closing on Wednesday, February 26, at 5:00 p.m.

The Department of Local Affairs’ (DOLA) January round of rental assistance will open for pre-applications starting at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Pre-applications will be open to the public until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2025.

Pre-applications will be open to the public until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. The Department’s top priority is to serve as many Coloradans as possible equitably and efficiently. Emergency rental assistance funding is available for Coloradans who have fallen behind on their rent, meet income limits and other qualifying factors, and are at risk of eviction or displacement. Those facing eviction will continue to be prioritized.
