After Serving More Than 2,300 Households Through the Temporary Rental Assistance Grant Initiative, the Department of Local Affairs Continues to Provide Assistance: An Additional Round of Pre-Applications Announced

Since its launch in February, the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) has provided housing support to more than 2,300 households through the Temporary Rental Assistance Grant initiative. Now, DOLA will launch the fourth and final round of pre-applications for the Temporary Rental Assistance Grant initiative, which in total provided $30 million in temporary rental assistance to Coloradans at risk of eviction or displacement or who meet income limits and other qualifying factors and associated housing support services.

The Department of Local Affairs Seeks Applicants for the Transformational Housing Loan Fund

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through its Division of Housing (DOH), Office of Housing Finance and Sustainability (OHFS) is requesting applications for grants or loans to affordable housing investment funds to enable DOH to continue their mission of the creation or preservation of housing affordable to Extremely Low Income to Middle Income individuals and families throughout Colorado.
