The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Housing (DOH), recently awarded $28.345M in funding across seven counties in Colorado.

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Housing's State Housing Board, voted on, approved, and awarded more than 24 million dollars in funding in February with the objective of providing Coloradans more options for affordable housing around the state.

With the aim to provide Coloradans with more options for affordable housing throughout the state, the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Housing's State Housing Board, voted on, approved, and distributed more than 24 million dollars in funding in January.

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Housing's State Housing Board, voted on, approved, and allocated more than 44 million dollars in financing in November and December to give Coloradans additional affordable housing options around the state.

The Division of Local Government recently awarded a total of $27.5M for Energy/Mineral Impact Assistance Fund (EIAF) grants in two application rounds. Additionally, the Division awarded $250K to 1 grantee for Broadband and $2.8M across 3 grantees for Renewable Energy projects.

This past October, the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Housing's State Housing Board, has approved and granted more than 19 million dollars in funding.

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Housing’s State Housing Board, has voted on and awarded more than 24 million dollars in funding to bring more affordable housing options to Coloradans across the state.

Since the passage of the statute, and the first stimulus supported grant cycle being awarded in October 2021, the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) has directly allocated $4,733,626 into supporting the economic development of existing communities across the state of Colorado. With 26 rural community-driven projects, these program dollars have demonstrated enhanced local economic impact through the positive outcomes in Colorado towns/cities and for their residents.

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Local Government (DLG), recently awarded more than $18M in funding across 13 counties in Colorado. These 14 Innovative Housing Opportunities Incentive (IHOI) grants will provide 1,872 additional housing units, providing housing for approximately 4,867 people.
