Colorado State Housing Board Approves More Than $46.5 Million in New Investments to Provide Over 700 Housing Opportunities to Coloradans

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through its Division of Housing (DOH), announced the approval of over $46.5 million in funding from the State Housing Board (SHB) to create 716 housing opportunities across Colorado. These 18 investments expand housing access through new rental developments, homeownership opportunities, and down payment assistance programs—advancing the State’s vision of housing for all Coloradans.

Housing People Can Afford Coming to Frisco with Support from the State of Colorado

Today, the Colorado Middle Income Housing Authority (MIHA), the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) joined the community of Frisco to celebrate the groundbreaking of Galena Apartments, which will provide 54 middle-income rental apartments for workers.
