DOLA's Division of Local Government (DLG) recently awarded the first round of the Accessory Dwelling Unit Grant Program (ADUG), which was open from August 1, 2025, through October 3, 2025.

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through its Division of Housing (DOH), announced the approval of over $46.5 million in funding from the State Housing Board (SHB) to create 716 housing opportunities across Colorado.
