DOLA Awards

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Housing's (DOH) State Housing Board, awarded $19.62 million to create or preserve 600 rental units, all aimed at making housing more affordable for Coloradans.

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) is proud to announce that its Southeast Economic Development Grant Program (SEED Grant Program) has been selected as one of 20 projects nationwide to receive funding from the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Transmission Siting and Economic Development Grants Program through the Grid Deployment Office.

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Housing's (DOH) State Housing Board, awarded $32.5 million to create or preserve 713 rental units. Additionally, the board allocated over $7.8 million to add up to 137 homeownership units and $3 million for 60 supportive housing units, all aimed at making housing more affordable for Coloradans.

The Department of Local Affairs’ (DOLA) Division of Local Government (DLG) awarded $64,940,795 across 82 projects for Energy/Mineral Impact Assistance Fund (EIAF) grants in Cycle 24-07, the 43rd cycle.

The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through the Division of Housing's State Housing Board, awarded over $6.38 million to support the creation or preservation of 147 rental units. Additionally, the board awarded $18.1 million for the addition of up to 87 homeownership units statewide, including 62 permanent condominiums, to make housing more affordable for Coloradans.
