Fully Compliant Jurisdictions under Proposition 123
For the first 3-year cycle, 217 jurisdictions filed commitments for a proposed total increase of 22,988 affordable housing units and implementation of an expedited review process by the end of 2026.
Jurisdictions are not required to submit compliance materials until December 31, 2026. Because of this timeline, DOLA will not have complete compliance data until after that date.
