- Notice of Hearing received. Review for hearing date and proposed exhibit (Rule 11) filing deadlines
- Login to your online case file to confirm hearing date and Rule 11 deadlines
- Submit Rule 11 (upload exhibits to your online case file)
- Download and review opposing party’s exhibits prior to hearing
- Submit Rebuttal Rule 11 (upload exhibits to your online case file)
- Confirm your hearing time via the BAA website - Hearing Schedule
Hearings will be held remotely via Zoom. You will receive an email at least 2 weeks prior to your set hearing date with a link to Zoom video and a number and pass code if connecting by phone with audio only. The link will also be provided within your electronic case file.
