Colorado's Division of Housing Recognized with Modular Administrative Program of the Year Award

The State of Colorado's Division of Housing (DOH), within the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), was honored last week with the prestigious Modular Administrative Program of the Year Award. This esteemed recognition was presented at the World of Modular conference and trade show, hosted by the Modular Building Institute. This recognition comes as a result of the Division's outstanding contributions to the modular construction industry, marking Colorado as the second state to receive this esteemed accolade, following Virginia's recognition last year.

 

“We are thrilled to receive the Modular Administrative Program of the Year Award from the Modular Building Institute,” said Maria De Cambra, Executive Director of the Department of Local Affairs. “The Department will continue pioneering housing solutions that address the diverse needs of Colorado communities.”

The Modular Administrative Program of the Year Award acknowledges the Division of Housing's groundbreaking work in the modular industry, recognized by industry leaders and experts. This award underscores the Division's commitment to advancing modular construction practices and fostering sustainable housing solutions statewide.

“This recognition is a testament to our team's dedication to advancing innovative housing solutions for Colorado residents," said Alison George, Director of the Division of Housing. “We are committed to enhancing the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of housing through modular construction.”

DOLA staff received the Modular Administrative Program of the Year Award on behalf of the Division of Housing.
