Public Comment Period and Public Hearing Information
The public comment period will be open from Wednesday, December 17, 2025, through Friday, January 16, 2026. Comments may be submitted via the online form. A public hearing will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. This hearing will take place at 1525 Sherman St, Rm 103, Denver, CO 80203, with virtual attendance available via Google Meet at https://meet.google.com/edm-htbf-fen.
