The Program's online system has been enhanced for your convenience. Applying online helps keep program costs and registration fees down in future years.
If you mailed your registration materials to the Program in previous years but are able and willing to utilize the online form:

- Contact the Program at MHPOP@state.co.us to get your online account activated!
***The online Registration Application works best when completed on a computer using the Google Chrome browser. If you use a different browser or a mobile device, the form may not work correctly. If you wish to get Google Chrome, click here to get the download.

**New parks include those recently built that have/will have 5 or more mobile home lots for rent within 3 months (8 CCR 1302-15, Rule 2.1).
If you were recently contacted by the Program to register your park for the first time OR you have recently acquired a mobile home park in Colorado: Please contact the Program for information on transferring a park registration account. Please do not create a new account.

- Checks may take 30+ days to process
Need to update your contact information?
Is it outside of your registration timeline and contact information has changed/is changing for your park? Be sure to provide this update to the Program. Pursuant to 8 CCR 1302-15, Rule 2.6, the Division must be notified within thirty (30) calendar days of any changes to contact information for the owner and/or management.

Registration and Complaint Database
Use the Park Search tool to look up registration information for, and any complaints involving, mobile home parks and manufactured housing communities in Colorado.
- Registrations: Only mobile home parks with approved registrations will appear in the search results. If you cannot find an existing park in the database, please contact MHPOP@state.co.us or 1-833-924-1147
- Complaints: Only complaints that are closed will appear in the search results (ex. complaints that are dismissed, resolved, or under enforcement). Information on open complaints is not available during the investigation and dispute resolution process
