- Be put in touch with legal assistance to prevent a looming eviction.
How to Access the Housing Counseling Assistance Program
Individuals can access the program at the Brothers Redevelopment website or by calling 844-926-6632.
Homeownership Counseling Through the Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program
Housing counselors can help you apply for the Colorado Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program and provide advice on buying a home, renting, defaults, forbearances, foreclosures, and credit issues.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development provides a list of nationwide HUD-approved counseling agencies.
You do not have to apply or be eligible for the Colorado Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program to receive housing counseling.
