DOLA's Division of Local Government (DLG) recently awarded the first round of the Accessory Dwelling Unit Grant Program (ADUG), which was open from August 1, 2025, through October 3, 2025.

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs is pleased to report a high rate of compliance and compliance in progress among subject jurisdictions with various laws related to strategic growth, in many cases well ahead of the statutory deadline. The Colorado Resiliency Working Group, a multi-agency committee convened by the Colorado Resiliency Office and charged with overseeing the Colorado Resiliency Framework (CRF), released the 2024 Annual Progress Report today, which presented progress made in 2024 toward implementation of the Framework’s priority strategies.
