The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in August announced the award of $6.5M to the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) for Section 811 supportive housing for extremely low income persons with disabilities, and DOLA’s Division of Housing (DOH) awarded $4.82M through the Colorado State Housing Board (SHB) for affordable housing.
